I am so excited to announce my new weekly Total Body Conditioning Class. All are welcome! We are going to sweat, burn calories (between 300-500 calories per session), Sculpt, Tone and Maintain.
So many of my personal training clients have asked me to do a fitness class that covers everything ( strength training, cardio, core, balance, weight training, fat loss, muscle gain and more)… soooo here it is!
I can’t wait to get started and see you transform week to week. And of course one to one sessions are still available.
