It’s important that during this difficult time we stay active. The physical benefits are obvious, but, this is also about maintaining our mental health.
Engaging in an exercise regime will increase the release of Endorphins and Serotonin which will help to improve your mood and reduce feelings of anxiety and depression.
This is not a competition. This is your workout! Pace yourself, take your time, pause and rewind if you need and drink plenty water.
This workout will support you to sustain and/or improve your health and wellbeing.
