Your mindset has a definitive impact on your general health and wellbeing. It’s so easy to become stuck in the past, hold on to grudges, and be resentful of things that have happened to you. Poor choices that you may have made, or things that you would like to change if you had the chance, should not be allowed to become the substance to who you are.
We all do it! But the constant review of these things has a way of preventing us from moving on, living in our purpose, achieving our goals and simply being happy.
It’s important to address these issues but, in order for us to love ourselves and embrace life we need to learn to forgive ourselves and move on.
